Legacy Estate Solutions presents an elegant estate sale in Weeki Wachee.
Exclusive in person estate liquidation for the estate of Terry Albrecht. Residents and their friends will have the only direct access to the sale event as per the requirements of the HOA.
All non-residents will be able to make on-line purchases or get further information by calling Bill at 352.206.0406
We will only be able to allow 8 or 9 people in the sale at any one time. Residents can make appointments for times between 9:00 and 11:00 AM with 30-minute intervals. Walk-ins will be welcomed if appointments do not fill the time slots. Thereafter, it will be open as long as we maintain a 9-person maximum. Please call Bill to set a firm appointment.
Everything in the house is in immaculate condition and will be priced at 50% of the actual cost. Most invoices will be available.
Please excuse the lack of set up. It will be better on the sales days.
